华林证券股份有限公司是是国内首批成立的综合类证券公司之一，本次委托我们设计的是位于深圳市南山区的办公室。对证券公司来说，专业、理性、严谨、透明是内外都要传达的观念。

上下两层共计2600㎡的场地，给设计师很大发挥空间的同时，也带来了极大考验。我们建议接待大厅用开阔视野搭配以开敞空间，可以带来更“透明”的感受。前台和接待区只占一小部分，主体是金牛等带有美好寓意的布置，窗外视野一览无余，室内环境通透简练，力求给人带来舒适的空间体验，增加客户对企业的信任和好感。同层还设有总裁办公室、员工办公区和会议室，此处以功能性为主，设计精简，场景通透，没有多余的屏障和隔断，让工作中的交流畅通且高效。

上层则是以中式设计为主的会客区，本层更注重外观与设计上的美感，空间内中式木质家具与西式沙发座椅相搭配，不同风格的家具组成独特的室内景观，将东方神韵与西方精神相互交融。

Hualin Securities Co., Ltd. is one of the first established comprehensive securities companies in China. This time we are entrusted to design an office located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. For securities companies, professional, rational, rigorous, transparent is the concept of both inside and outside to convey.

The upper and lower two levels of a total of 2600 square meters of the site, to the designer a lot of space, but also brought a great test. We propose that the reception hall be paired with a wide view to open up the space, which can bring a more "transparent" feeling. The front desk and reception area only take up a small part, the main body is the Taurus with beautiful meaning of the layout, the window view, the indoor environment is transparent and concise, and strive to bring people comfortable space experience, increase the customer's trust and goodwill to the enterprise. There are also president's office, staff office area and conference room on the same floor, which is mainly functional. The design is simple, the scene is transparent, and there is no extra barrier and partition, so that the communication in the work is smooth and efficient.

The upper floor is a reception area with Chinese design as the main part. This floor pays more attention to the aesthetic feeling of appearance and design. In the space, Chinese wood furniture is matched with Western sofa chairs, and different styles of furniture form a unique interior landscape, blending the eastern charm with the Western spirit.
