“黑空间”办公空间建筑外观设计项目，位于深圳南山大道旁的一个城中村，是由一栋旧旅馆改造而成。在设计过程中，我们把思考的重点放在空间的扩展以及外观与周边环境的极度比较上。项目周边的城中村自建楼，大部分都采用浅色外观：白、浅黄或者浅棕，经过岁月洗礼，外观显得普通而又陈旧。所以我们在考虑整栋楼的整体外观时，选择用黑色作为主色调。同时，为了让界面更具视觉效果，我们采用了更有线条感和层次感的瓦型板材，在防水耐热方面也做了细致的考虑。

在营造环境时，我们希望打破原本略显逼仄的空间，因此我们扩大了项目四周窗户的面积，用飘窗增加内部空间视野和采光度。在项目一侧的围墙上，我们使用了双向射灯，让空间显得更大，营造简约、静谧的氛围。夜幕之下，“黑”空间在城中村里安静伫立着，与周边形成强烈对比。

"Black Space" office space architectural design project, located in an urban village beside Nanshan Avenue, Shenzhen, is transformed from an old hotel. In the design process, we focused on the expansion of the space and the appearance of the extreme comparison with the surrounding environment. Most of the self-built buildings in urban villages around the project adopt light color appearance: white, light yellow or light brown. After the baptism of time, the appearance looks ordinary and old. So we chose black as the main color when considering the overall appearance of the whole building. At the same time, in order to make the interface more visual effect, we used a more line sense and hierarchical sense of tile plate, waterproof and heat resistance also made careful consideration.

When creating the environment, we wanted to break the original narrow space, so we expanded the area of Windows around the project, and used bay Windows to increase the view of the interior space and the degree of lighting. On the wall on one side of the project, we used two-way spotlights to make the space appear larger and create a simple and quiet atmosphere. At night, the "black" space stands in quiet contrast to the surrounding area in the city village.
